DigestZen contains ingredients that can be added to flavour food. This selected blend contains Ginger, Fennel, and Coriander essential oils, flavours which have been used in foods throughout the world for centuries. DigestZen is great to have on hand. The essential oils of Anise, Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, Coriander, Tarragon, and Fennel are also known for their soothing and settling aromas when inhaled. It is a wonderful companion to aid in the digestion of food, soothe occasional upset stomachs and reduce uncomfortable gas and bloating.
Uses:
- Add 1-2 drops to water or food for flavouring.
- Diffuse before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Food flavour use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
