Tertiary Benefit | With both calming and uplifting properties, Bergamot Essential Oil may help to reduce feelings associated with worry and tiredness

Uses

• Throughout the month, rub on your abdomen as part of a soothing and calming massage.
• When emotional balance is desired, try applying ClaryCalm to the skin for its calming aroma

Directions for Use
Topical use  Apply to the desired area as needed. No dilution required.
Aromatic use  Roll on to diffusing jewelry, natural dolomite, or lava diffusing rocks.
